What began as a grassroots movement to honor Bruce Lee’s philosophy and his dedication to his art and life has grown into a thriving 501(c) non-profit organization that motivates individuals around the world to become the best version of themselves. Through a range of educational and community initiatives, the Bruce Lee Foundation encourages people to pursue honest self-expression in harmony with mind, body, and spirit. In line with Bruce Lee’s inherent belief, they recognize that we can influence the world by giving people permission to follow their dreams while staying connected to their communities. Since 2002, the Bruce Lee Foundation has awarded over $80,000 in financial assistance to students and families in the United States.
The mission of the Bruce Lee Foundation is to inspire confidence and motivate action. The Foundation is dedicated to sharing Bruce Lee’s message with the world, creating opportunities for people to apply his teachings as a personal call to action. They believe that Bruce Lee’s life and the work of the Bruce Lee Foundation can spark positivity and inspire individuals to embrace their uniqueness and discover their unlimited potential.

Mental wellness and martial arts education are at the heart of the Bruce Lee Foundation, led by his daughter, Shannon. They support youth through an integrated approach to mental health, grounded in the Mind, Body, and Spirit concept. Each year, Camp Bruce Lee helps children across the country discover Bruce Lee's teachings on building self-confidence and limitless potential.

Through its three pillars: Youth Mental Wellness, One Family, and Legacy, the Bruce Lee Foundation encourages people to pursue honest self-expression, in harmony with their mind, body, and spirit, as well as with each other.
Since 2002, the Bruce Lee Foundation has created online and in-person exhibitions to educate people about Bruce Lee, provided financial aid to students for college, supported educational programs, and ran a summer program, Camp Bruce Lee, so children could practice the teachings of Bruce Lee.
