Enter the Dragon is an action movie from 1973, produced by Bruce Lee and barred with it. The film was directed by Robert Clouse, as well as John Saxon and Jim Kelly. This would be the last completed Bruce Lee film before his death on July 20, 1973 at the age of 32. The film, combined American and Hong Kong production, premiered in Los Angeles on August 19, 1973, One Month after Lee's death. The movie was $ 90 million worldwide, equivalent to $ 508 million adjusted for inflation.
The film is considered one of the best films of all time in martial arts. In 2004, the film was chosen to be preserved in the United States National Film Register by the Library of Congress as "important in terms of culture, history or aesthetics". Among the first films combining the art of struggle with the new species Blaxploitation, its success led to a series of similar productions combining both species. The themes of the film also triggered a scientific debate on how they reflect the changes taking place in post-colonial Asian societies after the end of World War II.
